Having served the community of Sisters as volunteer fire- fighter for twelve years, and looks for other ways to be a part of the lives of the people who make him successful. As a caterer he gets to see the milestones of people’s lives, weddings; anniversaries; birthdays and other exciting celebrations. The clients who hire Trail’s End BBQ Company invite him to make their day special and memorable, and that makes this business personal and worthwhile.
As a professional, Carl and his family enjoy not only serving succulent BBQ meals, but also competing and coming away with trophies at several BBQ competitions where they were tested on not only various cooking techniques, but also custom sauces. Carl along with daughter, Amanda, has also attended a competitive BBQ cooking school with the “Baron of BBQ,” Paul Kirk.
Serving Central Oregon since 1999, Barbecue catering ‘A Cut Above’ is what we do. From Family Picnics to Corporate events, to Weddings and Trail Rides; we serve groups of 30-600 guests. At Trail’s End BBQ we customize our service to your needs, specializing in offering great BBQ and excellence in customer service. We focus on using the finest ingredients available, including our unique blend of spices, and our custom BBQ Sauce. All meats are cooked long and slow in our custom Pit Smokers, for that authentic flavor that can only come from doing it right.
